Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) is a long term problem which includes a wide range of symptoms. It can affect any age group, including children but most commonly seen in Women. A person feels fatigued when his body has some disease. The Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) causes weakness and a person keeps feeling tired and drained of energy all the time.

The underlying symptom of fatigue is feeling deprived of energy, but the symptoms vary from one individual to another depending upon the underlying disease.It is very important to stay healthy and in good shape because if you are not fit, you are not going to be able to enjoy anything. Those suffering from hypothyroidism get brittle hair, and their skin becomes dry and cold when they are fatigued.

  • Loss of Memory and Concentration: The patient is not able to properly focus. He loses the ability to concentrate properly and tends to forget about things easily.
  • Sore Throat: Patient’s throat gets sore when something is causing fatigue.
  • Enlarged Lymph Nodes: The Lymph nodes of a fatigued person get larger than usual, especially the ones under the armpits and in the neck.
  • Muscular Pain: The patient feels pain in different muscles of the body without for no reason.
  • Moving Pain: Pain transfers from one joint of the body to the other. There are no visible marks such as redness or any sort of swelling.
  • Different sorts of headache: The patient feels a headache that is different from the usual headache.
  • Tired after waking up: The patient often feels tired after waking up without having any feeling of freshness.
  • Exhausted: The patient keeps feeling exhausted for long periods of time.

 For a complete diagnosis of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, it is necessary that the health care professionals take a complete history of the patient in the account and reach a conclusion accordingly.
