Up to ten thousand B.C, the main source of energy for humans was plant and any seafood that people could catch using simple equipment. Later hunters contributed a great deal to the food we eat today. The basic aim of these dietary supplements is to make up for the nutrients that you lack from your diet. But this in no way means that you start replacing all the food that gives you nutrition with dietary supplements.
